Your products deserve visibility. Your personal information deserves care. Here's how we handle information when you explore, save or launch on Easy Save AI.

## Who we are
This policy covers Easy Save AI at easysaveai.com and the information processed through this platform. For questions or privacy requests, email easysaveai@gmail.com. It does not cover independent websites linked from the directory.

## Information we collect
- Account information: your email, sign-in details and the profile information you choose to provide, such as your username, name, photo, bio and social links.
- Product information: listing details, websites, logos, screenshots, demo links, launch dates and ownership information.
- Activity: saves, comments, notification preferences, drafts and interactions with products.
- Payments and bookings: the selected plan or sponsor spot, payment status and transaction references. Card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in our product records.
- Technical information: request and security logs, browser/device information and usage measurements where enabled.
- Messages and privacy requests you send to us.

Some listings are imported from publicly available directory information. Founder contact information attached to imported listings is kept private and used to discuss listing ownership and management.

## How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, publish and manage listings, provide saves and discussions, schedule launches, process bookings, prevent abuse and respond to requests. Public profiles, published listings and comments are visible to other visitors; account email and private founder contact records are not part of public listing responses.

Where applicable, we rely on performing our service agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, legal obligations for payment records, and consent for optional analytics. You can withdraw optional consent at any time.

## Cookies & local storage
Essential cookies or local storage support sign-in, security, draft recovery and your cookie choices. Optional analytics storage is denied by default until you accept it. Choices are remembered for up to 180 days, and you can change them on the privacy policy page. We respect your browser's Global Privacy Control for optional analytics.

Product website clicks, product views and sponsor-link clicks also contribute to aggregate listing counters. These first-party counters do not use analytics cookies and are separate from optional session analytics.

## Service providers & external sites
We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, accounts and storage, Stripe for payments, and Ahrefs for domain-rating checks. Product websites may be checked to populate listing details using an AI service. These services process the information necessary to provide their functions; we do not send private founder contact details for public product descriptions.

External badges and media may load from their providers. Playing YouTube, Vimeo or Loom embeds, following product links, or continuing to a payment provider may allow those providers to receive your IP address and apply their own cookies and privacy policies. Our cookie controls do not control storage on independent websites.

Providers may process data outside your country. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards must apply to those transfers.

## Retention & security
We retain account and listing information while needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent abuse or meet legal recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information; some transaction or security records may need to be retained. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

## Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You can edit your profile and preferences in Settings. To exercise other rights, contact easysaveai@gmail.com; we may need to verify your identity.

We respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within one month for GDPR requests, subject to permitted extensions. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may request applicable access, deletion and correction rights and opt out of qualifying sale or sharing.

## Children & policy updates
Easy Save AI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We may update this policy as the service changes.
